notice
This site collects nothing about you unless you write to me. When you do, here’s what happens to what you send.
Who is responsible
Martín Bojorquez, a freelance web designer and developer based in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected on bojorquez.dev. You can reach me at contact@bojorquez.dev.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. I don’t ask for sensitive data, so please leave it out of your message.
The site uses no analytics, tracking pixels or cookies. Your browser remembers whether you picked the light or dark theme, and that choice never leaves your device.
Why I use it
To reply to your message and talk about the project you have in mind. I won’t add you to a mailing list, send you marketing or sell or share your details with anyone for their own use.
Who else handles it
When you send the form, your message is delivered to my inbox by Resend, an email service based in the United States. Resend and my email provider only process it to deliver and store the email on my behalf.
Like any website, the server that hosts this site may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep it running and secure.
How long I keep it
Your message stays in my inbox for as long as we’re in touch and for up to 12 months after our last exchange. If we end up working together, I keep what’s needed for the project and for invoicing.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email contact@bojorquez.dev with your request, and I’ll reply within 20 business days. If you’re not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in Mexico or in the country where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
